Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel is a mixed bag with comfortable rooms but impersonal service. The location is in a quiet part of town but lacks dining options. The dining experience is fairly mediocre, and the pool area remains a highlight of the facilities.
The hotel has excellent rooms overlooking the carpark at the back, behind which were railway tracks. The lack of an opening window impacts ventilation, but a fan can somewhat mitigate this. The service, despite not being well-versed in tourism, was always delivered with a smile and proved very helpful. The location is not the best, situated in a business-oriented office park with limited dining options, but it offers easy access to transport links. The dining experience, although pricey, is subpar with fairly mediocre offerings. The hotel lacks amenities in the area and is notably near a cemetery, which may not suit all guests.
The hotel had interesting decor, was clean to a good standard, but the bathroom setup could be a hazard for older guests. The check-in was slightly delayed by an hour, which was a downside.
The hotel is conveniently located across the street from my business meetings, making it ideal for quick access. The rooms, although lacking ventilation, were spacious and had a well-stocked mini bar. The service was exceptional, especially from the friendly and humorous staff. Dining options were somewhat limited but had improved in quality. The location strikes a perfect balance between serenity and proximity to downtown. However, there was an issue with the new desk employee not being informed about discounts.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and equipped with a proper bath tub, which is a rare find nowadays. The service was extremely courteous and helpful, from housekeeping to the friendly bar staff. The location was convenient, just a quick taxi ride from the airport and close to the Niederrad train station. The dining options were varied, although some improvements could be made. Overall, a pleasant experience with great value for money.
The hotel offers bright and airy rooms at a reasonable price, perfect for families. However, the lack of air conditioning and the inconvenience of getting water were minor drawbacks during my stay.
